Yes, it's built for real snow. Like any snow blower, it also has its limits, for example in very deep or heavy, packed snow. We'd rather be upfront about that: in a demo we'll show you what it handles well and where its limits are, so you know exactly what to expect.

During installation we map your yard together with you: lawn edges, driveway, paths, and the spots it should avoid. Yarbo then uses GPS with RTK positioning to follow that map to within about an inch across your whole yard.

For many rural and acreage properties it is: one robot mows in summer and clears snow in winter, so you get your weekends back. It's smart to do your homework. Yarbo is new technology, and like any new technology it has had its learning curve. Many of the issues people post about come from earlier models or software that has since been improved, because Yarbo updates its machines regularly. Others come down to setup and getting to know the machine. That's why we start with an in-person demo, set up every Yarbo ourselves, and stay available afterwards with in-person and remote help. If something you've read makes you hesitant, don't be shy. Ask us, and we'll give you an honest answer.

Swapping modules takes about a minute, and we show you exactly how during setup. Most owners switch twice a year: mower in spring, snow blower in fall.

We're based in Carman and serve southern Manitoba, including Morden, Winkler, Portage la Prairie, the Pembina Valley and Winnipeg. We regularly travel a few hours' drive for customers beyond that. For longer trips we usually combine the demo and installation in one visit: if the demo goes well, we install right away and save you a second trip. Contact us for the possibilities.

If we can't make it right, email us within 14 days and return your Yarbo clean, complete and in like-new condition within 21 days, and you'll get a full refund of the product price.
